The Woman Behind the Movement

Stefanie Hughes is the managing partner of two group practices in Georgia. She is a mentor and business coach for her partners as well as a dynamic speaker, author, therapist and visionary. Mrs. Hughes has been in her current private practice for six years and has worked in the mental health field for over twenty years. She created M3 with the guidance of God to minister to people of color and faith about the value of mental wellness. She uses this platform to educate, empower and encourage her audiences to abandon the myths and societal taboos of mental health but instead, embrace it as a resource for healing and personal growth.

Stefanie is a faith driven woman who works in the marketplace and serves in ministry beyond church walls. Her core values include family, helping others, serving in excellence. living authentically, living with intention, forgiving and sowing tithes, talent and time into the kingdom.
